The location is perfect if you're heading to the Pavilions or one of the many restaurants nearby. There was parking available on site, for a five pound charge. The facilities on offer are reasonably good. My room was comfortable, if dated, with a comfortable bed. It was at least very clean. My breakfast was pretty good and the staff were very friendly and efficient.
Just off the A38, with easy access to Plymouth's city center, Dartmoor and the beaches of Devon and Cornwall, the hotel offers great value, with free parking and a restaurant and bar.

Perfect motel style hotel located on edge of A38. Excellent soundproofing meant no disturbance by traffic. Clean, well thought out facilities. Big TV & beverage making facilities.

Thriving local settlement on the local bus route linking ferries across the Tamar Estuary to Plymouth. Coop, Premier Stores and Fish n Chip Shop on a narrow "One Way" shopping street. The Village Hall has a Pharmacy next door and free parking subject to a 48 hour limit. Good Ales from the Deven & Cornwall Inn. Live Music to entertain. We travelled out of the village to find interesting seaside and countryside eating places.

We are biased because our son and daughter-in-law live in the village. We have been here many times and like the area. A friendly village with a good range of shops. There is also good access to Mount Edgcombe, Kingsand, Cawsand, and lovely walks from Maker Heights along the coastal path and around the Rame Peninsula.
