The staff were all friendly, especially at reception - I think her name was Sheila - extremely accommodating and even made sure I could check in earlier so I could attend my event on time! From the short time I stayed, the hotel was vey well looked after, and was used for more than just overnight stays - great to be in a place with so much going on, it's always a comforting sight when you see lots of people at the hotel!
