The staff was so caring and attentive to our needs and the room was spotless which was very important to me due to my severe allergies to dust. The staff were extremely polite and let me check into my room early. The room was clean and tidy. I had a relaxing breakfast in the morning. All in all a lovely atmosphere, great service and would highly recommend.

The staff were amazing. Reece was very helpful and responsive with the initial requests and Claudia gave us a fantastic welcome when we checked in. All the staff we have encountered were very accommodating and always had smiles on their faces which made our short stay very comfortable. The room was lovely and comfortable, I had dinner in the restaurant with a friend and it was very good. Something I always enjoy is breakfast - my only sadness is that they are converting the old breakfast annexe and we now use the main hotel. However it was perfectly comfortable and the breakfast was exceptionally delicious as always.
