地理位置太差，很偏僻，路上车辆却很吵，楼下的酒吧很大的声音，人员很杂，房间小，服务员很粗鲁。因为带了孩子不让我们入住一间房，不给我们住，刚刚预定不到十分钟马上申请退款，服务员和总经理不让入住也不给退款，说他们房间卖不出去了。在天很黑我们很累的情况下让我们离开酒店并且一分钱房费都没有退给我们。我付了一晚上的房费，然而他们并没让我入住。Booking也处理不了。这简直太糟糕了，跟抢钱有什么区别，再也不会去这个酒店。
