Everything you would expect from a Business standard hotel. We got a very comfortable night sleep after a wedding

It was a convenient stop in close proximity to the Eurotunnel. The hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating. There is plenty of overnight parking. The hotel restaurant had decent food like you would find in any bar and grill in the US. The breakfast, on the other hand, was really good. Overall, it is a good stopping point to rest up and eat in preparation for the next phase of your journey

Room was spacious, clean and perfect for our family of 4. The pub/restaurant on site was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Good shopping in high street and centres. Great outdoor spaces such as Moat Park. Lots of historical buildings to visit.

Staff friendliness, comfort of room and quality of breakfast all what we would expect. Noise from revellers at front continued too long - as it was so hot we couldn't shut the window. Ideal location for getting about in this part of Kent.

Rooms spacious , clean, twin room had large double...
Rooms spacious , clean, twin room had large double comfortable beds. however could have done with a bit of decorating. Bed very comfortable. and spacious rooms. The bathroom although a good size was a bit dated and could do with a bit of modernisations. We came for my friends birthday specifically to use the spa and get treatments and although we went to the health centre the treatments /spa company which the hotel has outsourced treatments to, didnt call us back until the following day when we were due to check out. a The beer garden was nice and spacious and the garden area / grounds at the back was lovely but could have done with some benches s/ chairs to sit out there. You breakfasts was one of the best we've had. lots to chose from and well made and stocked at all times.

Good location and bar & restaurant staff were excellent.
Good location and bar & restaurant staff were excellent.
Reception staff showed no acknowledgement we were standing waiting to be attended to.
The swimming pool, changing rooms, showers and some public areas require serious refurbishment or reduce the price of the rooms !

This Hotel has on every occasion I have stayed exceeded my expectations and has been good value for money, The Friendly staff make the difference with nothing being too much trouble. Add a decent breakfast to the mix and excellent pool etc, what else could you want. Highly recommended.

The hotel is convenient for the M20 and is reasonably close to Maidstone centre. Very close to Leeds Castle too. Staff were really helpful and friendly, place was clean. Please note (this is not the hotel’s issue) there is no Uber in Maidstone however the hotel have a free phone to a taxi company; this was helpful for me to get to my party. Nice to have access to a gym, pool, sauna and steam room too after a long journey.
It was extremely clean, there were little touches that added to the experience such as a wash pack, tea and coffee, biscuits etc. Kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave. Iron and ironing board. Hair dryer.
The location was perfect for me and the addition of parking was fab as it’s a nightmare to park in Maidstone.
Was an 8 minute walk to the town centre.
I would definitely stay again.
Quick and efficient check in/out and friendly staff. The hotel and room were spacious. Situated close to the M20 which was ideal for us to explore the Kent area. Large car park, good size pool and gym.
