We could walk everywhere from the Cottage. To have our own spacious off road parking space in Luss is a real bonus for off loading luggage etc. It is a very peaceful cottage - no road noise at all. We didn't cook in the property but it seemed to have everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful conservation village set on the banks of Loch Lomond, with stunning views into the hills. The historic houses are well maintained and bedecked with beautiful flowers. Excellent restaurants. Well maintained paths around the village to walk and enjoy the scenery.

Wonderful little village, never wanted to leave, we could genuinely move here. The slower pace of life, the mountains and woodland nearby, the views of the Loch, my spirit felt so happy and at peace here. Will definitely come back.
The bistro, The Village Rest, was excellent and we ate there several times. The service and food were amazing. Its worth making a reservation. The little shop by the car park had everything we needed.

A lovely little lake-side town for a short stay.
A lovely little lake-side town for a short stay. However, don't expect a bustling lake front. We ate at the Village Rest and Colquhoun's, both very different but offering excellent food. The number of dining options is otherwise rather limited. We did a cruise on the lake from Balloch (there are options from Luss as well) and hiked up to Beinn Dubh, which was unfortunately shrouded in clouds once we got there. We stayed for three nights/two days, but one day is enough to see Luss.

Tiny village on the banks of Loch Lomond - nice and quiet when we visited but I imagine it's overrun with tourists in the summer.
Great pub next to the car park where we had dinner and some nice coffee shops. Make sure you pre book the boat tours! We unfortunately didn't manage to get on as they had sold out both times.

We were visiting slightly out of season and our stay was planned around playing the local golf courses. Luss itself is a pretty village and a relaxed place to stay whilst visiting the Loch Lomond area.
Lodges were so lovely, we had a lovely relaxing few days! Bonus that they are dog friendly! The lodge came equipped with everything you would need and very close to Luss and Helensburgh for nice days out! Bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was a lovely touch! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a lovely stay xx
The view to the Loch Lomond from our room (from the bar too) is very pleasant.
Good room size and nice breakfast in the morning.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
2 mins drive to the parking place where you can walk along Loch Lomond and beach. And only 6 mins drive to Luss village too.
The room was cleaned to a high standard, bathroom and toilet where spotless. The room itself was well prepared and there was plenty of information of what to do around the hotel, the view was stunning looking over Loch Lomond with your own private balcony. Definitely will be back 👍
