Everything was excellent - the house was lovely, clean, and warm. The location so useful - next to a supermarket and just by the sea. Perfect place for exploring the islands.
North Uist is a beautiful wild remote place. Small supermarkets available, prices very reasonable, few places to eat out, and often coffee kiosks shut or narrow opening times. Nothing open on a Sunday. So bring one or two stand by meals with you and a flask if you enjoy a hot drink when out. Otherwise a truly wonderful place to visit. Will definitely return.
