Hotel is obviously transitioning, the 3 staff members we met were excellent, extremely helpful and freindly especially the main guy who checked us in and served in bar he catered for us really well, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good !!
Location is great for high street, and for Tesco room supplies 😉

convenient location. Unfortunately, there is not much choice for a full service type hotel given it is a small town. but it definitely is the best so far in the area.
Close to Elgin town centre, Eight Acres Hotel sits in 8 acres of manicured grounds.

No food , no hot water
, filthy smelling room , bugs in bathroom, should not be open , I left and booked into nearby hotel , I just could not stay there
