It's was a clean well equipped house. The access arrangements were easy to follow and the booking was well managed. The welcome basket with a few essentials like tea bags was a handy touch.

Leominster, by sharp contrast to the Black Swan, is a pleasant place with some lovely shops and historic places. The locals are very friendly and there are some nice parks to visit and great antiques to be had. Some good coffee shops, particularly 35 West. A top place but don't stay at the Black Swan!!

Quiet market town, good range of shops, some busy pubs, not many really nice eating places from what we could see, apart from Yoko's Thai which was amazing, would definitely recommend eating there. Also, 35 West do amazing coffee, very friendly staff.
We would love to visit again and get to know the community.

Parts of the town are run down, but there are nice areas around the church and park. There are nice shops including a bakery and coffee shop and a small cafe by the car park. It's a historic town but suffers in comparison to say Ludlow or Tewkesbury.

A very attractive and historic town with many small, independently owned shops and lovely surrounding countryside. We had an excellent dinner at the White Lion and an equally good breakfast at The Flying Dutchman. Several car parks serve the central district.

Perfect defines. Could not ask for more.
Perfect defines. Could not ask for more. We did not leave the hotel because it was just so good there, but the journey in and out was surrounded by true beauty, stunning views and an old town feel that is rare to get these days.

We had never been here before and were dazzled by the beautiful place we stayed in, our warm and delightful hosts (Anna and Karen), and the surrounding environs. The place itself is idyllic and matched the surrounding areas. There is a black and white Tudor house trail nearby, where every village looks like a picture postcard. Hay on Wye and a number of gorgeous little towns and villages are within touching distance and made us feel like we were escaping the life into a wonder world. Can't say enough how we loved this place. Thank you for our stay.

The cottage was so cute! everything was there that you needed and Liz and David were both lovely and helpful. We loved the little private garden area and it was so peaceful - just the birdsong to listen to! The location is absolutely perfect and literally only a few minutes from the main centre. Could not ask for better if you are looking around Leominster.
It was adequate albeit rather pricey. I appreciated the proprietor going to the trouble of assisting me to locate the property and keeping the checkin time open until I arrived. I had intended to stay in Leominster in order to visit my youngest daughter but this was only six miles away so it was a good alternative.
A lovely place in a very peaceful location, with its own private garden. The host was very attentive but not at all intrusive and we had a relaxing 3 night stay close to some lovely National Trust properties, Leominster and Hereford and the beautiful black and white houses and trail.
