The person on duty at reception in the evening was absolutely excellent. Pleasant, professional, dealing with some really miserable person before I checked in and continued to provide excellent service, kindness and good humour. I liked the fact the place was clean and the carpet was new and there was a lot of renovation in progress. Coffee and tea making facilities in room good. Room clean

We were going to the Everyman Theatre so location was ideal! The George staff were very friendly and made us welcome on arrival! Room was comfortable,bed fantastic also a very good selection of teas and coffees plus Expresso coffee machine. Breakfast was excellent!

Absolutely lovely room. I chose to have an accessible bathroom and it did not disappoint, very spacious bathroom with great utilities. Extremely comfy bed and lots of space for my things. Very friendly and kind staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back in the future!
