Super personál,Prišiel som o dve hodiny neskôr ako som mal,vďaka letisku Manchester a zrušeným vlakovým spojom,boli veími super a počkali na mňa,treba ich ale informovať že máte problém,na izbách nie sú chladničky,v UK je to normálne,mal som darčeky z SK ktoré bolo treba mať v chlade,žiadny problém,na recepcí som dal igelitku pánovi,ktorý si okamžite poznačil čislo izby a odniesol to do chladničky v kuchyni,pri odchode som si to prevzal bez poškodenia. Ideálny hotel pre dvojice.
