I’ve stayed here a few times and like the location being on the race course with fresh air and countryside feel.

The location was good and the food & beverage staff were excellent however, we were unable to allow us to check in 3 hours early. When returning late afternoon we were assigned a terrible room. When complained we were move to a disabled room which was very small and would have been impossible for wheelchair access. The good part was the size of the bathroom and walk in shower which didn't function until serviced the following day.

This hotel is for corporate conferences and all the amenities are geared to that, I stayed in the Horsely Towers part which is a quite a walk from the main building or in the rain you would need to drive up there. Reception and restaurant are all down with the main hotel, so if you want convenience of walking into a hotel and no hassle, thats not the case here. The Towers bedroom is lovely, but its a pain having to take your car in bad weather to the restaurant and back up to the room after. Beware the front entrance, it is frequently washed and wet on slippery tiles.

Although it says Leatherhead, i did not go near there.
Although it says Leatherhead, i did not go near there. I was in Horsley and walked as far as Polesden Lacey, also went twice to the Grange Park Opera (the purpose of my visit). Having lived in Leatherhead for two years in the late 1990s, i had no interest in going to that town and being on public transport during a weekend limited how far I could travel anyway.
There are many National trust properties nearby and lovely walks in the Surrey Hills.
If i had stayed longer, i might have gone to visit Denbighs Vineyard again as it is over 25 years since I was last there.

Set in wonderful grounds and fairytale castle.and the hotel you can walk and see this as its on the estate of this castle and lake.very comfy bed big tv and comfort in room.and shower.free hot drinks was handy.and also breakfast included and nice swimming pool.this place is handy if you staying for a wedding here.also has a new by pub attrative but pricey but cheaper pint than hotel and a indian which is very good value for money.and day time cafe all outside of hotel in walking distance.
Within 10 minutes walk from Leatherhead station and central for amenities. Very well equipped and designed apartment ideal base for a 1 week business trip. Quiet location. Efficient communications with host company - overall excellent experience and would use again.
This is a big hotel with a corporate feel - I imagine it caters for large company events - and was rather characterless, despite the country estate appearance. So although everything was clean and worked, it wasn't what we were looking for.
The grounds were clean, and well kept.
Furniture and finishes very good standard.
Fabulous choice at restaurant within the hotel.
Coffee and tea available down in bar areas.
Great gym.
