Beautiful old building and lots of classic touches - open fire, cosy decoration. I stayed so that I could run round Cissbury Ring and the downs in the morning and that was beautiful. Parking excellent

The host was awesome and the property is such ideal location to explore both Brighton and Shoreham by sea.
Unfortunate our trip was ruined by a random racist man. Made us feel unsafe and wanting to leave immediately.

Lancing is worth the drive along the A27 is beach is required as it is far cheaper for parking and eating than Brighton. Pebbly beach like Brighton but more room to move about. There is a nice beach walk towards Worthing for keen walkers.

Always the case, beach days much better when it’s sunny!
Always the case, beach days much better when it’s sunny! We went to the beach near Lancing briefly, to Worthing & on the pier instead & to the local park & playground & then Highdowm Gardens, tea room & to the viewpoint there.

Really comfortable and well thought out holiday accommodation and only a few minutes walk to the Widewater Lagoon and beach plus easy walk on the coast path to Lancing beach, Worthing etc. Very doggie friendly. Easy access to bus route to Brighton or Worthing and beyond. Parking easy on the road just outside with shops almost opposite plus a great pizza place and fish & chips etc. Lovely private courtyard - secure for most doggies (we’d never totally trust our Patterdale Terrier unsupervised) with garden furniture etc. We loved it.
The apartment was everything I hoped for a quiet getaway and the location right on the beach really fed the soul. The balcony was fabulous overlooking the sea with tame Starlings you could actually hand feed. The restaurant/cafe "perch" directly below is the place to go on the beach at Lancing with great food at good prices and, although it was always fairly busy there was no noise coming into the apartment. There was nowhere closer to the sea.... not even the be each huts.
Good facilities nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Clean bedding and towels. There were some supplies left but some were out of date. Logged on to WiFi well and able to log into our Netflix and Disney accounts. Nice to have space rather than a hotel room. Instructions received were greatGood location for what we needed
The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.
Our room had an amazing sea view.
The room was very cozy and surprisingly quiet given that we were right above the hotel bar.
The breakfast was delicious with excellent vegetarian and vegan options.
Karen's room is perfect for a stay in Lancing. Everything was beautifully laid out and Karen was such a welcoming and gracious host. She always goes above and beyond! I hope to be back soon!
