Breakfast good. No heating in room or bathroom. They couldn’t get going. Got fan heater in end but bathroom freezing v u comfortable. Window stuck open. Poor room backed onto back delivery gates constant banging. Above all bins constant banging. No other room available. Booked for two they made ya pay 10 pd for 2 nd breakfast? Queried dud t want know reported to booking. Com want refund part of room and breakfast. All rooms have loud closing fire door hinges constant banging. Horrible restless stay 🥺🥺

The staff were friendly and the duty Manager was incredibly kind and helpful. Would have like a kingsize bed as a double these days seem a bit small. Was comfortable though. Plenty of things on the tea and coffee tray and didn’t stint on milk pods etc. Breakfast was huge (we had a full English) and was served up very quickly.
