No frills, excellent value, clean room/bathroom and friendly staff. I paid £44 including a full English breakfast in the morning. I think that's the best value room I've ever stayed in, and will definitely book again next time I want to stay near Cambridge (where most rooms are almost double the amount).

Nice location, 5 minute drive to Cambridge West site where I was visiting for my work. It was easy to find in a nice rural area. Easy to check in with very friendly person at the reception. The room was big enough for 1-2 people with clean bathroom. Parking was for 5 pound for my stay which was reasonable and communicated in advance. Wifi was working well, bed was comfortable, I had a good sleep. Check out was also easy, just by dropping the key in a small basket.

Very clean & comfortable studio apartment. Great bed, shower & lovely bath. Cathy was very prompt in answering messages & was happy to let us check in a little early as well as a late checkout. A lovely bottle of Prosecco was also left for us “with compliments”.
The communal outdoor area overlooked farmland. It was nice to sit and have a glass of wine there. Only about 30 mins out of the hustle & bustle of Cambridge.
