Excellent breakfast options and a lovey clean room with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. There are some nice local pubs nearby too for dinner or drinks. Would definitely visit again.

Very easy to get about from here goes straight along to M1.
We were starving after a day at the hospital, the kitchen was just closing, but they still gave us a great meal. The receptionist was very helpful & pleasant when we first arrived, a great start to a very difficult time for us.

Location for the purpose of my visit was good but nothing else. Very basic personal accommodation. Uncomfortable bed but nowhere else to sit. Still had my overcoat on in the evening as it was too cold to take it off. Had to ask for a heater for the room. Pity I didn’t take photographs.

Everything in the place was on its last legs.
Everything in the place was on its last legs. Furniture damaged and filthy. No cutlery and a handful of utensils clearly left by previous guests. Floors that slope, floorboards that stuck up, beds that wobble like they are going to snap…
The only thing that made it clear it wasn’t a squat was the clean sheets and towels…
