Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Gym, locker room, steam/sauna were brand new and top quality. HUGE rooms, everything brand new. Beautiful, calm, quiet surroundings. If you golf, it must be paradise. Several people staying at the hotel had come from the USA and loved it.

Lauriston Hotel, hotel in Kilwinning

Located a few steps from South Beach, Lauriston Hotel offers 3-star accommodations in Ardrossan and features a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar.

The staff were nice and friendly, but felt they were stretched too thin - cleaning away after breakfast, cleaning rooms and covering reception. The restaurant evening meal (although a limited menu) and breakfast were lovely. The shower in the room was the best part of the stay.

We liked everything about our stay at Braidmead House! Diane and James are wonderful hosts—they are both warm & friendly and make you feel like family as soon as you step in the door. The rooms are clean and modern, the breakfasts were made to order and delicious, and access to the house is easy. This was our 2nd stay at Braidmead and we hope to come back on our next trip. We highly recommend this B&B.

A small historical town needing a bit of TLC, but perfectly situated for getting around a beautiful part of Scotland. Just off the A78. An excellent place to eat is the Corner House, delicious food, reasonably priced. Good taxi services, I don't know about public transport.

The staff, all that we met were friendly. The location is great with plenty parking. The price was very cheap but though the room wasn't the cleanest, for the price it was a good deal and even with breakfast. Though the breakfast was very basic it was very acceptable. I feel with a better cleaner and a few tweaks this could be a real gem of a hotel.

Family run business was made fell Very welcome compared to most hotels who just judge you on one look very attentive and a great value for money if I'm completely honest they could easily charge an extra £10-£20 per room also I just add there food is exceptional especially the steak pie witch my partner had tonight's in a row
