- the girl who welcomed me on the 19th Oct at around 4pm was really nice and answered all of my questions, I'm sorry I did not ask her name to give her a positive recommendation here but was a bit tired and did not think of it then.

- helped people and held their bags while they were exploring the city even after checking out
- always greeted you when going out in the morning and returned

The breakfast exceeded my expectations and there was a good choice including fresh fruit every day. Gluten free food was also available. The staff were very helpful, cheerful and kind. The room was compact with plenty of space for belongings. Being able to have a cuppa in bed was great!

Bed was very comfortable - lovely bathroom with full bath and good array of toiletries and clean fluffy towels.
Listed as room only accomodation but there was actually a complimentary breakfast with small selection of cereals, breads for toasting and plenty of fresh fruit.
