The wonderful, helpful staff. Flexibility with a last minute late checkout request. The Roof Top Bar was a fantastic spot.

Perfect for a one night stay to catch a flight. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of options for transport to the terminals. Breakfast was typical buffet style but not too bad.

The photos of the place on the booking site were great, which led us to choose it, but when we arrived we found a different reality. Firstly, we were given a different flat to the one we had rented. In this flat there were leaks in the walls, mould on the bathroom walls and a general musty smell in the flat; the available furniture was in poor condition, with a broken wardrobe door, shelves with loose screws and a bedside table with a broken foot. In the bathroom, the toiletries provided were half a roll of toilet paper and an empty liquid soap dispenser, as well as the filthy condition of the bathroom. In addition, there was bleach on the toilet seat. Finally, I would like to emphasise the difficulty of communicating with the Landlord, when we arrived in London we tried to contact him by phone and the calls were refused. In other words, the phone number given on the booking website never worked. We had previously tried to contact them by email and whatsapp, but there was no response. When we arrived at the house we were stuck outside in the cold and rain of London until after about an hour we received an email with the code to access the flat key. We tried again to contact this email address to get access to the wifi password, but there was no reply. In short, communication with the person in charge was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great for what we needed it for as we were celebrating a birthday.
Was easy to find and the place was clean.
The hosts were polite and couldn't offer to do more even when we last minute needed parking on site they arranged it for us even though needed to know up front.
Couple of suggestions, privacy fence for the patio area so you can sit out there and not be looking into the owners house.
A fan for when its warm, we were quite warm but didnt want to open the windows as we on the groud floor etc.
A tv or radio would also be a good shout.
Otherwise for location and ease was perfect for us.
Thanks, we will def be back when that way and maybe even try some of your home cooking :)

Very good place for a base to London not that many restaurants but the swan does Thai and English food and roast on Sunday. The pub on the other corner do nice pizza and roast on Sunday and 10% nhs staff with proof.
River Thames is so close we chose to walk back from Kew Gardens and it was lovely a must to visit as so huge and has some gorgeous flowers, plants.
The Twickenham spice does not serve alcohol but you can take your own which we didn't realise until sitting down so water it was.
Regular buses and some drivers more accommodating than others.

Isleworth (pronounced izelworth) is really a best kept secret. It's location makes it essential for day-tripping locations all around it to include Hampton court palace, Kew Gardens , Wimbledon and Syon Park. Excellent value, and it's got a pub downstairs! What's not to like?

In itself it is not an area with anything to visit. We used it as a base to visit Kew Gardens and to be out of the busy city. For that purpose it was great. Direct connection on the Picadilly line from Heathrow or St Pancras.
Location of Isleworth to Heathrow Airport made it very easy for my partner to join me on the Saturday evening from her late flight.
Really liked Isleworth village, Syron park and the river walks close by.
Sunday breakfast, thank you to the girls on duty they made us a really nice breakfast even though we were the only two there.
I really liked how convenient this hotel was to us! Such as the location being next to the train station and close shops and cafes. it was also a bonus that there was a bar downstairs! Really friendly staff too! Highly recommend if your travelling with a mate/partner.
