Beautiful isolated property with cozy interiors. We had lake view rooms which were very good.
Good restaurant and location for activities to be done at the east of the island
In a picturesque bay in the south of Skye, this hotel has beautiful views over the Sound of Sleat and the distant hills of Knoydart.

Great service and the Inn was very clean. Breakfast was exceptional. Good location if you are departing by ferry next day. Sister hotel restaurant very good. Shuttle service was a plus.

This place is a gem. Great choice between Applecross and Isle of Skye. Generous space for four of us in a room (three beds in a room with a lot of extra room, and a special landing area, and then the bathroom, so the bathroom noise was not audible from the sleeping area), very pleasant decor, huge windows to see the surrounding scenery, and such generous supplies in the fridge (much more than we could consume for breakfast). The lounge area has a wall of windows and a piano.
This is a fairly remote location with spectacular scenery,...
This is a fairly remote location with spectacular scenery, both at the hotel and close by. Apart from nature (and the great food and drink in the hotel) there is not a lot to do. So relaxing is part of the power of the place. Wander around and watch the odd fisherman leave the quay and go out to their fishing boat. Watch the water and sky change at a moments notice. We were there in February so the whole area was relatively quiet, touring the island was easy from there.

A marvellous hotel in a beautiful location. Just a wee bit more expensive than I’d prefer to have paid. Decent bar and food prices but with difficulties in hiring staff due to Brexit, I can see how prices might have to keep pace. The location is idyllic. The bar is wonderful and staff are friendly and efficient.
Beautiful peaceful location. The hotel has a great ambience with a quiet lounge where you can take your drinks away from the more bustling bar. Food was excellent, especially the breakfast.
