The room was specious, beautiful, clean and the ceiling near the twin beds was beautiful. In the room we had everything we need. The selections hot beverages was so great. We had coffee, tea, hot chocolate. All the staff that we meet from the beginning till check out were outstanding, very friendly professionals and very welcoming. That made our stay very special.

It was damp, smelly, no mattress or pillow protectors, there was no credit on the gas meter so no hot water or cooking facilities. Central heating didn't seem to work, to use the television you need to log in to your own account.All in all, a definite no no.
