Paula and Steve were lovely and extremely accommodating hosts! The room was very nicely appointed, and the view out onto a little garden and over a wall into the churchyard was charming. Nice breakfast brought to the room. And Darcey (the dog) was adorable.

Pebble point was amazing, Mandy could not do enough for you.

Pebble point was amazing, Mandy could not do enough for you. Smiley face does not do it justice, it's without doubt the best place myself and the wife have stayed. When we return to hornsea we will not stop anywhere else I urge anyone visiting to look no further than pebble point

Traffic wardens & parking restrictions a nightmare for on street parking. Nice selection of cafes, bars & mix of shops catering for a range of ages. Relaxed, family feel, not too brash for a seaside town.

Hornsea is the end of the Transpennine Trail, it’s a small seaside town, great to dip your toe in the sea. If you’re planning an epic bike ride get there before seven for chips on the beach, chippy shuts at seven.

Hornsea is a great place for families provided it's not raining. Big beaches, some nice parks with play areas for little ones, modern sports centre with lovely swimming pool, some nice places to eat. Excellent curries and service at Somali Spice - not to be missed if curries are your thing. Attractions nearby if you've got a car. An old fashioned friendly place but with a couple of supermarkets too (useful if you're self catering). Interesting shops for a browse on the main street. Hornsea Museum is worth a punt with friendly helpful staff.

Hornsea is a great place to visit.

Hornsea is a great place to visit. We went to the floral hall for dinner, was lovely and reasonable. There's lots of shops, bars, cafes. We also went to the hub for a coffee it's nice for a walk along the sea front.. A lovely beach to drive to is fraisethorpe beach.. We visited the mere in hornsea and saw geese, swans etc, you can also have a coffee, ice cream there, or hire a rowing boat or walk around the mere. . We had a Chinese takeaway, and another night we ate at the Victoria pub, the food was lovely and reasonable.. You can visit skirlington market and car boot.. Or drive into beverley.. Tesco is close by.. Theres plenty of shops, cafes, fish and chips, and other takeaways.. A lovely place to go to.
