Everything was as expected if not more. Excellent room and facilities, with gorgeous views and location.

The location is very good as a car owner the places to visit were very accessible. The house is really lovely with many nice touches and Pauline is a very friendly helpful lady but doesn't impose on your stay. Pauline allows you to have your breakfast at any time and to help yourself to whatever there is available in the kitchen, which is always a great deal and varied. Our room was very pretty and comfortable overlooking the back garden and field beyond (incidentally called the Garden Room) but we shared a bathroom which was not a problem for us (i am not sure whether any of Pauline's other rooms have en suite facilities for which you would need to check. It is also very close to Teeside Airport but we were never bothered by that or any noise. The property is exactly as it looks in the photo on the website.
