Rachael was a very welcoming host and very accommodating. . The property was beautifully furnished and had every amenity you would find in a 5* hotel (and then some). The property was perfectly situated for our visit to Kilworth House and Hinckley was only a short drive away. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Bed was extremely comfy, but the room was a little noisy with other guests opening and closing the fire door in the corridor outside our room.

The communication from Carly was amazing, clear and responsive. It made our finding the room easy.
She also helped with booking a table in the restaurant on Christmas eve.
Room was spacious and comfortable.

It is a lovely town with traditional market stalls that line the streets on Fridays and Saturdays.
There are plenty of exciting shops and lots of places to eat.
You must go to a Wine shop & coffee lounge called Epicurean, a cosy and homely community environment.

poor bar selection. Do not order the Malbec.
poor bar selection. Do not order the Malbec. Food was good but the food service in the bar was not great. Good value stay with free parking and large room, though lacking air-conditioning.
Perfect location for access to the area being at the junction of the A5 and M69 - there was however, no intrusive noise despite being close to these major roads.

We able to book in before 3pm as room was ready and was able to book breakfast for our entire stay,I had already booked at table for Sunday night in the restaurant which was confirmed.
We found out on arrival we would have pay extra to use Spa as I had booked through booking.com.On previous visits to this hotel we were able to have use of swimming pool as guests of the hotel this should be been made clear when booking.£20 for two people to swimming each time we use the pool is excessive ,as I had ready pay a great deal of money for the room.Needed more bar staff when there are wedding parties as had to wait to be served and paying for our meal in restaurant. When going for breakfast on two occasions we have say we had paid on arrival as not noted at restaurant. After the first time i went to reception to confirm and was assured that this was done but it happened the following morning which was a bit annoying.

Nice apartment in a really convenient location with several parks, and shopping, and places to eat, and Hinckley leisure centre for swimming, all close by - within a short walking distance. Quiet location too. Had a great time. Did lots of walking and exercise in the parks.
Host provided lot of written information that was really useful. It made us stay better. Thank you
Easy location to get to, and the hotel looks lovely from the outside and as you walk into reception, looks very grand. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The beds were comfy. The decor in the lobby and the halls were pleasant. Short taxi ride into Burbage where there's plenty of nice village pubs.
