Room was just what we wanted - simple, twin beds, clean. The hotel was in easy reach of the airport by bus. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had to leave early for our flight and that was no problem at all.

I used this hotel as a stop before and after a holiday to break the trip from and to Northern Ireland. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and food and beverage prices were reasonable. Easy access to airport and good for a budget hotel. Corridors could do with a bit of attention as they are starting to look dated.

My room, from which I didn't expect a lot as I had chosen the least expensive hotel in the area, was just fine: clean, well appointed, comfy bed, hair dryer, multi-station TV and lovely hot water. The restaurant's food was also quite good.

The hotel is geared up for conferences but this provides a poor experience for those choosing the hotel for its location close to the airport. eg no tables available for breakfast, long queues for the buffet, considerable noise all around the hotel.

First impressions of the hotel was that it was lovely, the building was pretty inside and out, the reception girls were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, with a mini bar too, the bar was really cool, and the Italian staff member was super helpful and friendly. The beer garden was an added bonus. Location for us was ideal as we flew into Heathrow for a Wedding in Uxbridge, we were delighted the hotel was close to both, and seemed like a great place as we were staying 2 nights.

Friendly efficient staff and excellent location only a 15 minute walk to Ruislip Māori where there are bars,shops & restaurants.Plus tube station into London.
Also behind the Hotel there is a train station.
It has its own bar and has complimentary continental breakfast.

The staff was incredible! I've stayed at many hotels for work and this staff is by far top notch!
Location was near the airport, but transportation was super easy to take! Friendly area! A lot of coffee shops nearby and a McDonalds which was convenient. There is an ASDA about 25 away(walking distance) will definitely stay here again!
London was the first stop for our honeymoon and the hotel was nice enough to have a nice decor with champagne and a bouquet set up in our room upon arrival. spacious studio apartment and the bed was super comfortable.
Location beside Hatton Cross Underground is really convenient.
The breakfast is top drawer.
