Beautiful decor in the entrance, very well designed lounge with a big fireplace keeping it cosy. The staff were excellent and always ready to help. The facilities in the room were great too - got an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi bath, the bathroom was recently renovated and very clean. The room had all we needed. Beautiful views and area. Spa facilities relatively quiet for a November Sunday. The breakfast was delicious and warm even towards the end of the serving time.
