Excellent customer service from receptionist and bar staff. The most comfortable bed and pillows I think I’ve ever experienced, had a great night sleep. Absolutely love the decor. Fluffy towels and robe. Very clean and easy free parking. Would definitely stay again.

Great location breakfast was great and a lovely setting with a view of the river. It did not feel too busy, which was nice. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The front was well kept so first impressions were great. Rooms to relax/ chill in were lovely. Check in/out online was easy and stress free

I was a rather wet and raining few days and just had a meeting to go to so didn't do any of the touristy type things. I gather the proprietors had only been in for half a year and hopping that today (11 Nov 2023) when writing this they will be able to sign a 10 year lease so start doing it up even more.
