The staff were very welcoming & check in was quick & simple. The bar & restaurant areas where clean, airy & perfect for relaxing before travel or to have a meeting or do some work in a quiet environment. Hadn't stayed here before but will me my choice of hotels before flying from here on in. Dinner was very good an service excellent.

Very family friendly and attentive staff. Kids eat and stay for free. The swimming pool was a bonus, my 2 year old loved it.

We come to visit relatives but we always find the shopping excellent, and the train connection from Harpenden to London is easy and fast. The apartment we stayed in is fairly close to the train station. There are plenty of choices for groceries. It is a small town but very walkable with some nice parks. A bus or the train will get you to St. Alban's and the Cathedral, museums and parks there.

Harpenden is a small little town with tons of restaurant options. The suburban atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings make this a perfect place to live. Super close to Luton Airport and from London.

Staff are grounded, hospitable and genuine. The room is luxury, with a spa feel with-in the bathroom. Low mood lighting in the free standing bath. A huge rainfall-like shower that isn’t even featured in the pictures. Must try.
Tony was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was any trouble to him. Thank you Tony. Knowing Harpenden as we do, having family there, made the visit all the more special.
My ‘hostess’/ owner of property seemed welcoming and gave cold drinks on arrival together with slippers to wear. The property was clean and my room was pleasant.
