We chose this hotel because we were leaving on a flight the next morning. It is incredibly convenient for anyone using the airport. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The room was fine, and nice and clean.

Hotel, surroundings and facilities were perfect.
Staff had treat us to a birthday surprise in the room that the kids loved. much appreciated and nice touch. Would love to stay again!

Check in was easy and a short walk across a garden patio area to the bar from our room.
A good selection of drinks in the bar that was warm and inviting. A good pub menu to finish the day with nice staff.
The full English that was included in the price was excellent, setting us up for the day ahead. I would definitely stay here again as it had everything needed for an overnight stay.

The charming village was a great place to stay for the course I was on. The digs were within a few hundred yards of the station to Birmingham, which was only 3 stops away and has a free car park. I would not have known, however, when I booked, that it was so readily accessible by train from the centre Birmingham. I think they should advertise that feature.
I was busy on a course, and it was bitterly cold out, so I did not visit any tourist sites as I had no free time until the morning I left, when I took a quick and easy trip to the town centre by train to see the famous Museum of Art.......which was closed for a refurb! (Jan 2022) A good excuse to visit again!

This hotel is beautiful, the original features are amazing and it all feels very grand. The rooms are more modern but still suit the hotel perfectly. The staff were wonderful and the food at Smoke was amazing! This is definitely a destination place for foodies.
easy to find, easy free parking, great location for attending a wedding at Hampton Manor, the apartment was beautifully furnished - like staying at a new hotel but with all the niceties of staying at a friends flat, owner has gone above and beyond.
characterful hotel within 3 minutes train ride to Birmingham International for the same money as a large chain hotel on the NEC site. The staff are friendly
