Hale is 3/5 mins from terminal 1 ,meet and greet car parking which is excellent .The rooms were very quiet could not hear any aircraft .
Food we ate in the restaurant Chicken Makari it was tasty and good portion size .
TV in our room was good with very clear sound and picture .
If you have time Hale is a very good area for up market restaurants,and bars .

Beds are not made for your visitors or we missed something
it was our first time to visit your country, we had come for our daughters graduation.
We made payment with our KCB CARD 4180***6862 at Brasserie Blanc B
on 10/12/2024 23:44 dinner time and it was declined, KES.11,712.39
eventually we paid with another card GBP 68.59 23:46:13 .

Booked for one night because we had an early flight from T1. Ideal location for airport. Hotel and room were very nice. Restaurant was very good. Reasonably priced for location and convenience of airport.
Staff was friendly but check in slow.
Booked the room with sofa bed. Very big room. Good facilities
Didn’t ask for it to be made up before check in but bedding was provided quickly and delivered while we were at the restaurant
Disappointed that bedding was just dumped on the sofa bed. Had to put the duvet cover on myself
Restaurant was very nice, exceptional service and good food Had burger and chips.
Short walk to T1 but would not like to do it with a lot of luggage.
Overall, would stop again if I had an early flight or late arrival

Rooms were large , lots of space and light.
Rooms were large , lots of space and light. Even had a couch for lounging. Great black out curtains made the room very dark for sleeping. Room was very quiet. Lovely products in the bathroom, shower was excellent. Nice gym, excellent restaurants. The food was high quality, healthy and delicious.The Star Bucks satellite cafe gadgets best coffee I had had the whole month of my trip.. Staff was helpful and very professional.

Disappointing. Convenience is main advantage and the pool that I didn’t use.

Tripped over bathroom doorway as floor uneven
Room phone didn’t work. Reception couldn’t replace or fix. No direct number to room service otherwise
Bed looked crumpled
Room service limited. No breakfast before 630. Only pizza available at that time from room service. Main room service ends at 10.30 pm.
I recommend the lemon brûlée

I was walking with crutches and asked for a room next to a lift. They went one better and gave me a room just off reception on the ground floor.
Comfortable clean room.

Best hotel in manchester airport! The staff are brilliant, from the check-in guys , the bar /restaurant staff, and the housekeepers.

Great for Manchester airport. Room and common areas were very clean. Room was generally well soundproofed and the bed was comfortable. Not the cheapest budget hotel but certainly the best value for the convenience of its location. I enjoyed my stay
