Some staff were a bit casual and scruffy but pleasant enough. The room is in dire need of redecoration with wallpaper hanging off the wall above the bed and a damp stain on the outside wall. The room overall was grubby though the bed was clean and comfy which is the only reason I stayed. The Tv kept switching itself onto pictures of food in the restaurant which was frustrating though luckily I had work to do so wasn't overly bothered. Evening meal starter was poor, mains was great, breakfast was good. Checking out chap very professional.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM Le Nouveau Point Management Staff

I booked the facility and made full payment in advance from booking.com.
However, the staff of the premise failed to assign the room no. and access code in advance.
When arrived the premise, no front desk and unable to contact the staff (both direct line and through booking.com hotline)
My itinerary was disrupted... and still awaiting booking.com for full re-fund and compensation for the interruption of the journey.
