The location was great. Check in was easy and staff provided directions for parking our rental car. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was plenty of hot water and the biggest towels I have ever had at a hotel. The staff members were friendly, efficient, and very helpful.

Amazing city center location right on the royal mile. Parking was in a garage right under the hotel. The charge was only 15 pounds per night. Amazing views from the rooms. The hotel is in an old historic looking building but the inside is completely modern, They have a nice bar and buffet breakfast spread was amazing each morning.

The location in the Grassmarket area was perfect. So easy to walk to every area of Edinburgh from here.
The staff was exceptional upon check in as well as check out. Even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, which I always do when traveling, the housekeeping staff asked if I was out of anything and made sure I didn’t need anything. Very professional and accommodating staff!
