Very beautiful cozy rooms and the garden has the largest butterfly bushes ive ever seen, white and purple flowers.
Cooks Restaurant has the best food. Every dish we had was exceptional. Cheers to the Chef !!!! the staff were delightful and charming, always a smile.
Jean at reception was delightful ! She helped us with places to visit, and restaurants around where we had other lodging. Kat, one of the bartender / waiters gave ne an extensive scotch whisky list of Scottish favourites to try.
Overall stay here, you wont regret it !

Location-can't get closer to the Kelpies. A beautiful 6km walk along the canal to see the Wheel. Although in kind of industrial area, I felt safe walking at night. There are buses from downtown if you don't want to take the canal walk. The staff was very nice. I could put food in the staff refrigerator.

Grangemouth is an industrial busy area but is close to all tourist and interesting facilities. Not a lot to be seen in the town just used it as a base and spent no time at all in the town. There are plenty of of great places in the local area for food and interesting places.

The only regret : no elevator and my suitcase was so heavy.
Close to two good attraction not far away = the Kelpies, fantastic inox sculpture and The Wheel, great technology. You can go to Linlithgow but the castle is closed for heavy restauration. And Edinburg is not so far.

Grangemouth itself is quite industrialised, but it does have a few gems dotted around. Namely the Kelpies, canal and just a short drive or cycle away the Falkirk wheel. There's some nice parks dotted around to walk or cycle in and if you have the time and energy the canal paths can take you all the way to Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The town centre has changed dramatically.
The town centre has changed dramatically. Many shops closed down.
There is a shop called stitches which does wool etc. It has lots of things and the lady is very helpful.
I used to be out there quite a lot. I now only go for shops Stitches and the fruit and vegetable shop every thing nice and fresh.
Lovely large room in the garden wing. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful in the hotel and Cooks ( lovely dinner)The staff accommodated us and our dogs no problem seating us in the bar area for breakfast( splendid by the way!) so dogs could be with us.Will certainly stay again when in the area.
The staff couldn't have been nicer, I have never been so welcome anywhere. The food was 5* I'd drive for hours just to eat there again. The hotel is on a nice quiet road. The room was clean, and the furniture was all new. The shower room was spotless and the lovely double shower was lovely and hot.
Hotel staff was helpful and nice, the room was large and had comfy beds. Extra pillows and towels.
Breakfast was OK, some parts of full Scottish were soggy and oily compared to other hotels, but good coffee, tea and the other drinks. A selection of toast bread, jams, butter etc. was good.
Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant with good food options. Easy parking. The hotel has no lift, but because the information was clear, we were able to anticipate that issue
