Dining area was ok and there was external space on a nice day. Hotel is on the Guernsey airport flightpath and so you get 2 or 3 early morning flights into the airport each day at the same time. After that the airport has some flights coming in/going out but they are very low and noisy. The Tree House area is a nice idea but the design is poor, the king size bed is a double and the outside areas are part of a walk through (no privacy) but also situated in a small woodland area and so infested with insects (citronella candles might help). Proximity to the town is ok and taxis are available if you dont have a car.
