Sessile Oak was a surprise, the room was large with a king bed and very clean, all the things you want when travelling.
Tea and coffee provided.

The accommodation was a disgrace, lovely area lovely golf course, so called hotel on site was worse than faulty towers I booked three nights but I bailed out after two, dirty carpet, tv remote did not work, first night only seating area was the bed no chairs in room, tea, milk no spoon
What really killed it was the person doing the so called cleaning while my missus was in the room thought is was ok to put a towel on the tiles in the bathroom and used his foot to guide the towel around the floor to dry it,i could go on but i won't i will not trust any more reviews from booking .com

The place is excellent for golf and cheap budget accommodation. The owner needs to get a couple in to oversee the maintenance and cleaning and booking in of the accommodation. It’s quite clear he can’t do it himself. There was no evening meal available. The website is totally out of date

We stayed at the Golf Club to visit the Gower and attend a conference in Swansea. The location obviously involved negotiating traffic for the conference and is not close to the beaches but was peaceful with good parking.

The view was beautiful, the rest a nightmare
The view was beautiful, the rest a nightmare
No food at hotel
No staff, only ever one
It's like staying at faulty towers
Everything gone to rack and ruin
Not disabled friendly
Dangerous as stuff everywhere outside
Massive pot holes
Piles of old tarmac piled up in car park we are told to park in
At breakfast
Mini cereal boxes, only rice krispies
Asked for 2 sausages instead of 2 bacon
Could not do that as breakfast apparently cooked to the amount of guests staying
Dirty filthy cobweby dusty rooms
2 TV in room, as one mot working
No smoke alarms
No mattress protector on bed
Just one sheet
Awful
If it wasn't the fact we had driven 6 hrs, we would of gone home
Luke the bar staff was really friendly, helpful, did what he could
He left running the place on own
The girl that did breakfast, under the circumstances of being alone, checking guests out, and cleaning rooms all at the same time was lovely and did her best

Front of house and waitresses did their best.
Front of house and waitresses did their best. Aside from fact of not being informed of lack of dining they couldn’t have done more. It was the damp patches and general scruffiness of room that for £ 90 was not acceptable.
Recommend Llanelli wetland and Rhossilli beach
Was great for what we needed. Beds very comfy, breakfast was okay, all staff were great. Great price too - we was visiting for Gerry cinnamon, reytons and kooks gig in Swansea and all the nearby hotels were £500+ which is why we chose here which was a little further away
