This small 2 bedroom Annexe was just perfect for my husband, myself and my 96 year old father.. We were given a lovely welcome and shown to our accommodation which had so many extras, including milk, cereals, toiletries to name a few!

Basic but clean. The room was warm. Good choice of a Continental breakfast with efficient staff. Reception were friendly and helpful. I was pleased there was a Parking space.

This was my second stay at the hotel and is literally across the road from where my sons accommodation for university is so is in an ideal location, especially as its in the town centre. Staff have always been welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are exceptionally clean.
We enjoyed a lovely stay in 'A Room at the Oaks'
The accommodation had everything we could need. It's comfortable, and clean, with good facilities. We appreciated the wine and treats in the fridge! The owners - Bob and Matt -are very kind and helpful - perfect hosts! We can highly recommend it - and we hope to come back again.

Lovely host, and also very thoughtful of our needs. She prepared an extra bed for us before we arrived to the accommodation, many thanks. I would recommend this accommodation as it is very comfortable, easy check-in, it’s also very clean. The area is quiet which is better for guests who love to relax. Thank you

We had a great stay at The Annex - Matt and Rob made us feel right at home, greeting us when we checked in and giving us the tour of the place pointing out all the lovely touches that were included. Rituals products in the bathroom, kitchen very well stocked, Netflix and an Alexa with unlimited music. I don’t think the photos do the place justice as it is decorated to a high standard and very clean throughout. Everything had been thought of right down to “make up remover” cloths in the bathroom and wireless charging / USB plugs next to the beds. A great stay, easy to get to - we will be back!

Nothing at all good abut this place Not described very clearly especially with regards to location and the fact that other people were sharing hte same apartment block failed to be mentioned in the advertisement!
