The welcome hamper in the property was wonderful. A resl treat snd super start to our holiday. Also, the owners had taken time to prepare a comprehensive information book which helped us learn more abput the area. The equipment in the house was all fantastic. Kids especially enjoyed all the board games.

Glenarm is small and quiet.
There is a well stocked supermarket nearby,
A couple of Pubs,
A Tea cafe,
Glenarm Castle that is well worth a visit or two, serving food, A cafe,
Ice Cream Parlour and much more.
Harbour,
Sea front walk,
My favourite was the Castle walk through a forest and back along the Glenarm River, great for exercising your dog.

Glenarm is a charming little village with beautiful scenery. We walked around the Castle Gardens which were beautifully designed and laid out. The Tea rooms were also worth a visit for a good selection of meals, coffee and tray bakes. Tasty and good value. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Although Glenarm does not have restaurants, etc, it really is no problem as you don’t need to travel far to find a hotel, takeaway, etc.
It is a great location to use as a base for those who wish to see more of the local areas.
I will definitely return.
We chose to go to the Londonderry Arms hotel in Carnlough to eat in the evenings, which is nearby and the food was first-class.
