Lovely town, every shop keeper was welcoming, so much great stuff we couldn't even go in them all. Lovely pubs, great gig on at the king arthur. Great view from the Tor. Would recommend visiting for Solstice.

Plenty to do, CHalice well, Glastonbury Abbey, the Tor and more....... Lovely individual shops, a great bookstore (well more than one!) and an abundance of places to eat. Faro (5* amazing breakfasts), 100 Monkeys, again amazing food. Regularly visit 3-4 times a year at least, never disappointed.

Glastonbury is a must visit town in Somerset.
Glastonbury is a must visit town in Somerset. We especially liked the Abbey and spent a lot of time there. We had an evening meal in The Mitre pub diner. It was really great and we would recommend you pay it at least one visit.

A very exciting town, from the shops to the hikes, short walks, spiritual sites and the artsy people. The restaurants are fantastic and the general vibe on the street is worth a day just people watching.

It's an interesting place although pretty quiet on a wet October day.
The Tor and Abbey are the most interesting parts although the Abbey tickets are expensive for what it is.
Not much variety of shops - it's all either "mystical" shops selling crystals, tarot cards, dreamcatchers etc, or else it's charity shops.
Food-wise there are some good pubs for food, a good fish and chip shop and a nice tea room but not much variety of restaurants and a lot of things are closed on a Monday.
However it is an easy distance to other places of interest like Wells Cathedral, Avalon Marshes wildlife centre, Bath or Street shopping village.

Lovely Full English breakfast delivered to my door at exactly the time I had requested. The room was very clean and tidy. The fridge outside my door was very handy. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk to use. Located near St Johns car park at the back of the George and Pilgrim Hotel for which made it easier to access your vehicle to top up parking by 9am, as parking is free from 18.00 hrs - 09.00hrs.
I would certainly book here again and highly recommend a stay here.
An absolutely stunning B&B combining vibes of a small cottage in South of France with a 5 star hotel service! The hosting of a gorgeous couple, especially Ayman with his magic touch to make you feel looked after and nurtured. A magical place to rewind, relax and recuperate. A place to escape from the reality and connect with your deepest happiness.
Wonderful building, central location but also a central role in the history of Glastonbury.
Allows dogs (extra £10 charge for this).
Free overnight (day time charge) parking at rear of hotel.
Great breakfast and food available all day.
the apartment was very clean and well organised and we had everything we needed. Good sized and warm beds - there was snow outside! Great location near to the center of Glastonbury
