Being connected to the airport was the attraction. There are a variety of options for a one night stay in the area, however the transportation costs to get to airport meant it was easier and nearly the same cost to just stay in airport at the very plush hotel.

Spacious room. Location to the airport as we needed to catch our flight. Literally next to South terminal - walking from South terminal through covered walk path. Several restaurant options in the property. Food and staff at the restaurants were surprisingly good. Options in the breakfast were quite elaborate.

The room was comfortable, nice big bed and lovely bathroom. The staff were so lovely. We went to the wrong hotel and by the time we checked in here it was 4am or later and we requested late checkout which they allowed as they could see we were super stressed out by the time we got to the hotel. Parking was nice and easy. Clean reception area etc. Offered 24 hour room service but quite expensive for what you get.

The staff was very attentive! And we were overjoyed to find a restaurant attached with delicious Indian and Bangladeshi food. They had a very convenient shuttle to the airport with a super friendly driver. They clearly take pride in the family business.

A charming historic property conveniently located near the Gatwick Hotel. Staff were helpful, breakfast was excellent, and it added some personality to a day of travel in between airports and flights.

I did like the friendly atmosphere, the comfort of the room, the good food and the vicinity to LGW. As a Cabin Manager who lives in London and sometimes has to stay in the vicinity of the airport when the M25 is partially closed, being in the countryside but at only 12 mins from the North Terminal was fantastic. It is a pity that it is not possible to check out a bit later if the flight is in the afternoon. But I do understand that this accommodation is not in partnership with any airline. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it!
