The rooms are comfy although you don't appear to be able to turn the radiator in the room on unless the hotel activate the heating system?? The pool and spa facilities are really good and kept very clean and the pool is not a bad size.

Love the town of Frensham as there is a good selection of shops and eating places. There are plenty of attractions nearby but also easy access to the outskirts of London - we travelled to Kew Gardens by car in an hour.
