Room was lovely and clean although the noise from the street was a little loud (we were facing on to the highstreet).
Breakfast was ok, pastries were a bit stale but the bacon was very nice.

Property was really clean, bright and well maintained. Bed was really comfy. Lots of natural light. Walking distance from The Watercress Line which was our reason for staying.
