Laura was the most fantastic, perfect host. She was friendly, had great knowledge on the area and left you to it. The room was spacious, clean and bright and beautifully designed. Every where you looked there was attention to detail which maximised comfort and made you feel at home. It is important to note that as a lesbian couple we felt extremely safe staying with Laura, and felt her warmt and kindess from the second we walked through the door. We will absolutely be staying again when we are in the area!

Beautiful historic building in a lovely setting. Very friendly staff. Easy walking distance to the town centre for bars, cafe's and the railway station. Also a short walk to Crosby beach to see Anthony Gormleys "Another Place " statues.

The location is excellent for central Formby - everything is very easy walking distance and the car parking space means you can easily go further if you want to. Lovely little balcony to sit out on - we saw an amazing geese migration whilst we were sat there (1,000s of geese!)
Everything!! A very quiet location with the most beautiful room I’ve ever seen. Everything you needed was available & nothing went amiss. I have already asked if we can go back, as this, to me, was far better than the hotel we stayed at in London 2 weeks before.
James was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, including providing us a great breakfast very early on Sunday morning before our golf.
It was super convenient for our needs getting to and from Formby Golf Club. Would definitely stay again!
