The hotel is a grade 2 listed building which brings you back to the Victorian time. It is in the heart of Clifton, the most elegant part of the city. The rooms are very spacious and confortable. The service is impeccable. The receptionist, a very beautiful Italian lady, speaks and exceptional English and is very kind. I highly reccomend this hotel.
