We booked this hotel very last minute to break our long journey home and were pleasantly surprised at finding this gem. Just outside of Oxford off the A34, it was conveniently situated and very comfortable. We didn't have dinner in the pub as we arrived too late, but breakfast was delicious. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is excellent, river flowing by on one side, hills in the distance, birds singing in the morning, idyllic! The food was equally good, staff friendly, helpful and very accomodative of customers' needs. All in all, we had a lovely stay at the hotel.

The Location right in the centre of Eynsham Village. It was quiet and peaceful. There was a cozy, if not old-fashioned lounge that guests could use. We didn't use them, but there were convenient bus stops near by to central Oxford and a couple of other local Towns.
