From the moment of arriving at the Manor we knew we were going to be treated with outstanding service. We were not disappointed. Alex greeted us with a big smile & nothing was too much trouble. Jacob, Salar, Andrew, Artime and the sommelier were looking after us from start to finish. Highlight was meeting Michael Caines who was absolutely charming.
Beautiful art installations were a sight to behold in this stunning setting overlooking the Exmouth estuary. also available to purchase

Great location, late check-in was good for people travelling a long way, like us! The room was really clean and well-equipped: it had everything you need from a room. Front of house and housekeeping were really friendly and helpful too.
Situated 5 minutes’ walk from Exmouth’s town centre, marina and seafront, The Dolphin Hotel Exmouth Ltd has limited on-site parking and free Wi-Fi available in public areas.

Lovely hotel, quietly situated, is very close to the beautiful esplanade where visitors can enjoy (bracing) walks and views of and across the River Exe estuary . The staff were friendly and very helpful. Reception areas were welcoming and comfortable. Choice of breakfast was good - our choices were beautifully cooked and presented. We would consider going again on condition that a larger room, with a view of anything but a large cage, was available.

Christmas in Exmouth is great as the town obviously has a great Community spirit. There was a fabulous Christmas Market with loads of stalls selling crafts that had been made locally and were very good. There are a wide range of restaurants and generally a lovely friendly atmosphere in the town. Loved the knitted post box toppers! Added bonus that the sea is there too, lovely sandy beach

Exmouth has a lovely promenade and beach, we went in early November so very quiet, just what we needed. We were lucky that the sun shone for the time we were there. There was a park directly behind the hotel and there was a short walk to the shops. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from along the front of the hotel.

The town of Exmouth is good and the Esplanade I’d wonderful. If you like a bracing walk alongside or on the beach this is for you. The Imperial Hotel is a great base and all amenities in Exmouth within an easy walking distance.

I have been visiting Exmouth on and off since a child and later with my husband and family although this is the first time in 10 years. It has changed very little over these years especially the sea front.
I was not disappointed.

First impressions on arrival where mixed beautiful hotel but very run down outside.Once inside we could see a lot of hard work had been put into decor. We loved the hotel and unspoiled features . Our room Was amazing and we loved the balcony and view. The food needs looking into the Breakfast was great but was disappointed with Dinner and al a carte menu was not good compared with other Hotels.Lovely Hotel great staff terrible dinner menu could end up being best Hotel in exmouth with a clean up outside and a better diner menu.
This is probably the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in, but then Exmouth is a very friendly place, too. The staff were wonderful, and I had the best of conversations. The room was fine, if a little small, and it was nice to have a bar to sit at in the evening. The location is excellent, a short walk from the beach and the town. You can walk for miles along the beach and the cliff pathway which I reached from the end of the beach.
The location was ideal for touring East Devon. Situated between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton you have the choice or visit both. Exmouth is ideal for catching a bus or train to Exeter.
The view from the house is spectacular, overlooking glorious countryside with the sea in the horizon.
Lovely tables and chairs are outside the patio doors for you to enjoy the view while eating the delicious cake and drinking tea on your arrival.
A fantastic short stay in exmouth over the Christmas period. A large room. A great breakfast. We had a great view over the hotel garden that was completely covered in an amazing Christmas display. The location a short walk from the beach and town centre was perfect
A delightful warm welcome awaited us at the Dolphin Hotel in Exmouth. We were greeted by the host and made to feel just as part of their extended family. I promptly recommended the venue to a close fired who joined us on the second day.
