It was all fine, but there was no reception area so we were not sure we were in the correct place. It didn't feel like a hotel, but the room was nice and the person who greeted us was very helpful.

I grew up in Epsom in the 50s and 60s, finally leaving the area in 1984 so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the town has not only weathered the intervening 40 odd years well but actually seems to have improved! It’s a vibrant town with great shopping and plenty of great places to eat as well as a host of places to visit. Naturally if you are a horse racing fan then Epsom must be at or near the top of your list of places to visit. Sadly the only universal downside is the shocking state of the roads - potholes galore!

It was great!
It was great! We stayed here as a temporary accommodation while our house was under renovation. We felt at home easily from the day one and could do cooking, washing, kids entertainment etc., Shops are very close is another plus point. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a temporary stay!

Epsom town has changed for the worse, too many fast food outlets not many good quality restaurants and very busy with traffic. [ I lived in Epsom from 1950 for sixtyone years and town has lost its character].

We visited family in Epsom.
We visited family in Epsom. Nice to have M&S/Tesco/restaurant and bars nearby. We also visited Warner Brothers Studios Harry Potter experience, and the London Museums (Science and Natural History). We hired a car for the few days. To get into London, we were walking distance to the Epsom train station. Easy to get around. We also visited Letherhead and Guildford.

It's a middle-class and fairly prosperous town where I lived 30 years ago for nine years. It's large enough to have all the usual retail outlets plus good restaurants and parking, and fairly upmarket food shops (Waitrose, M&S Food hall) in the large-ish shopping mall. The town can sometimes become congested for short periods. It's famous for the horse racing course which hosts the Derby every year, and has good access from the M25.

Lovely place to stay in.
Lovely place to stay in. Not too far from Covent Gardens for a show and close to Wimbledon for some shopping instead I’d of fighting the crowds in London Central. Some good restaurants in the area too.

We stay here at least once a year when we fly back to the UK. Lovely little peaceful hotel within a nice short walk to the village with a pub and great Indian restaurant. Breaks our journey from Heathrow home to our family. Meets our need exactly.
Located directly above a shopping centre, butcher, cafe, dentist, and chiropractor.
All appliances you could need for a short stay.
Within walking distance to the Epsom tran station (we drove anyway)
Location was excellent, as we went to an event at Epsom Racecourse, which was just 8 minutes away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Even brought us an extra heater.
