The first welcome from Ann Leigh at reception was lovely - she could not have been nicer as she explained everything to me. The staff in the Grand Hall, Restaurant and Bar were all so friendly and efficient. Even when I requested the same table for breakfast and dinner-nothing was too much bother for them.

The room was very spacious and the windows actually opened.
The bed was nice and large.
