The accommodation is actually in the village of North Luffenham, near Edith Weston. The village of North Luffenham is pretty and has a Manor House, church and a good pub. The nearby Burghley House is well worth a visit. We enjoyed the gardens very much and I bought a very beautiful rose (called It’s a wonderful life) at the garden centre. The town of Stamford is very historic and charming.
