The reception desk check in staff really made our stay. She was very friendly, helpful, personable, humourous and an asset to your business.
We had accidentally book another type of room and the check in desk person changed our rooms (for better) and made sure all 3 rooms were next to each other.
I would come back again just for the positive vibes from the staff. The breakfast was good value for money and again it's the staff that make all the difference.
