Beds were comfy. Rooms had what we needed in them....kettle and coffee/tea sachets. Tv's were good size so we could actually see the screen!! Staff were extremely helpful. Asked how to get heating on in our room and she put heating on straight away. They don't do a breakfast but we was told where we could get a good cooked breakfast literally down the road. We ate at the Pie Factory one teatime and the food was brilliant. Recommend the 'wham bam thank you lamb' pie....gorgeous and filling. It does get busy from teatime onwards so probably need to book

As I never received the key code I didn't actually stay at the accommodation.
There was a problem with their contact number and I only managed to speak to them Friday morning. Still didn't receive a key code. Ridiculous

Location was superb. All I needed for a night’s sleep. Shower and mini kitchen. Very detailed explanation of entry to the room. Considering there were residents staying in the block it was very quiet.
A sad, neglected, run down town. It should have a lot going for it - eg Norman castle and the Black Country museum on the door step - but it is an example of all that can go wrong with town planning.

The place is in poor condition.
The place is in poor condition. Weeds predominate on streets, rubbish everywhere, whilst the Black Country Museum is excellent, but entry fee is expensive. Zoo and Castle excellent. Work going on to improve the place, by the new tram lines and the Duncan Edwards Leisure Centre. Sadly the statue of Duncan in Castle Street is suffering from some vandalism with damage to the flagged area and a lot of bird droppings that don't appear to have been cleaned in recent times. Not how I'd remember a heroic son of Dudley.

I just love Dudley.
I just love Dudley. Great location for my needs at various weekends throughout the year. Has some great sites right on the doorstep as well as in Dudley too. A great multi-cultural town, with a great choice of cuisine from around the world, the choice of food in the UK, sure has got a whole lot better in the last 25 years, and showcased here in Dudley.

Didn't like anything it was our anniversary and website showed an amazing hotel but when we got there it was totally different our room was filthy and bed broken spiders in room everywhere bedding was stained and not made it ruined our night no sleep and backs are in agony. There are other 3 star hotels In better condition which we wish we had gone to now it's not worth the money I won't be staying in there again.

We had a lovely walk through Saltwells Nature Reserve and along the Dudley Canal. We had an excellent lunch at The Old Wharf Inn at Stourbridge and a walk along the Stourbridge Canal. A visit to Tesco Extra then a walk down Stourbridge High Street was very nice. Excellent ice cream and cakes at the bottom of the High Street. Finished the day in Steven’s Park Wallescote. Huge park with parking facilities- very nice on a sunny day. Parking was available and free at all locations. There is excellent shopping at Merry Hill but we opted for outdoors as the weather was so nice.
Easy to find in a great location - perfect for visiting Black Country Living Museum and Dudley Zoo. A short walk to the town centre and is in range of plenty of shops and restaurants.
Room was comfortable and had plenty of amenities.
The downstairs restaurant and bar was pleasant with good food too!
It was a double comfy bed with a kitchen area & shower room. Kitchen had a fridge also plates, glasses, but no microwave. Had view of back garden, road wasn't too noisy even though very close to Dudley High Street. Had TV, I didn't really use. Good size for price.
Being a Brummie, I really enjoyed returning to my home area - The pub is very traditional, and doing great business, even on a Tuesday night, the hotel room was a pleasant surprise - Clean, comfortable & welcoming
Close to Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley for work. Large parking area although this is for a daily charge. Room service available. Gym available, large bar.
